Experienced LEGO builders will teach guests how to create a miniature arcade machine using LEGO bricks inspired by the museum’s Video Game Hall of Fame! Participants will be provided with materials and led step by step through the building process. This workshop will allow guests to take their LEGO builds home so they can deconstruct and rebuild as much as they wish! This workshop is for children and adults, 8 years old and up. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 16 and must also purchase a ticket for the program. All guests attending this workshop must purchase a ticket.

Painting D&D Miniatures and Basing

Saturday, September 21, 2024 - 3 to 5 p.m.
$53 for non-members, includes all-day museum admission

Learn to make realistic diorama style bases for your D&D miniatures. We’ll provide a miniature and base to every participant, but you could also bring your own mini from home that you want to base! We'll be focusing on using natural elements such as rocks, sticks, sand, and more to create an "outdoor look" for your miniatures at scale. This workshop is for children and adults, 8 years old and up. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 16 and must also purchase a ticket for the program. All guests attending this workshop must purchase a ticket.

Learn to Play D&D Workshop

Saturday, October 12, 2024 - 2 to 5 p.m.

Discover D&D in small groups and take part in an adventure with experienced Dungeon Masters. No experience is necessary. The program includes 30 minutes of Q&A with the Game Mentor at the end and a free set of dice.This workshop is for children and adults, 8 years old and up.
