Calling all Girl Scouts: earn your next badge while having a blast at The Strong! Join us for a day full of gaming as you complete your Video Game Designer Badge. Meet Devi Acharya, a local software engineer and game designer, as she dives into the world of video games and explains the game creation basics. Create and playtest a simple game with your fellow troops and scout master. Explore and play in the Level Up gallery and learn about the components that make up a game. This event will provide all the necessary steps to earn the Digital Game Designer Badge for Daisys, Brownies and Juniors. Learn new skills, make new friends, and enjoy a day of play! All scouts will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program. Physical badges will not be provided.
