Birthday Party Room Rental

Party Package Includes:

- A private party space for 1.5 hours. Choice of:
---- 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
---- 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
---- 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
---- 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
---- 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays Only)
---- 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays Only)
- Museum admission for 10, 15 or 20 people (non-members)
- One ride per child on the train or carousel
- A museum host to assist with party needs.

All guests age 2 and older must have a paid admission ticket.
Current members get into the party for free using their valid membership for museum admission.

Party Add-on Options:

- Butterfly garden tickets: $6 each
- Infinity Arcade tokens: 120 tokens for $25
- Costumed Characters: Enjoy a 20-minute visit from a Berenstain Bear for $50. Choice of Mama, Papa, Brother, or Sister Bear.
- An additional 30 minutes in the party room may be added, if the room is available, for $50.

Food and Beverage:

- Food may be ordered from Main Menu or Bill Gray’s.
- Store-bought food and refreshments may be brought in by the host of the party.
---- Delivery of catered food, such as pizza is also allowed.
- Homemade food and beverages are not permitted.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Decorations:

- Table-top decorations may be brought in to customize the party area.
- Balloons, piñatas, party poppers, confetti, wall decorations, and birthday cake candles are not permitted.
- Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

- If you wish to cancel a birthday party, a 50% refund will be issued. You may also request to reschedule the party to an available date.
- Please note that any cancellation or date change must be made prior to the scheduled party date.
