Gift Memberships

Giving a gift membership is easy!

1) Select the level of membership you would like to give as a gift from the options below.
2) When prompted, enter YOUR INFORMATION. The member’s information is not needed.
3) After your payment processes, a PDF form will be emailed to you.
4) Give the PDF form to the gift recipient.
5) The gift recipient must bring the PDF form to the admissions desk to activate the membership. It may also be activated by calling or emailing the museum at 585-263-2700 or info@museumofplay.org. A membership does not exist until this form has been redeemed.
6) If the gift recipient already has a membership, the PDF form can be used to renew their membership for another year.

DO NOT LOSE THE GIFT MEMBERSHIP PDF. IT IS REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE THE MEMBERSHIP AND CANNOT BE REPLACED.
