Renew Client & Caregiver Pass
Benefits include museum admission for one named member plus one guest; six parking validations for The Strong’s garage; four rides on the train or carousel; $1 discount on additional guest tickets, butterfly garden tickets, and ropes course tickets; and the ACM Reciprocal Network discount.
The Strong uses Apple/Google Wallet membership cards. A welcome email and link to the digital card will be emailed to the member once payment is processed. A printed membership card can be requested.
How to Order
1) Adjust the quantity to 1 then click Add to Cart.
4) Click Enter Member Names.
5) Enter the member name address, phone number, and email where indicated then click Submit. Note: the form says “adult member name” however for Client & Caregiver passes, a child may be named.
6) Click Checkout.
7) On the Billing Contact page, enter the information of the individual purchasing the pass. A receipt and confirmation pdf will be sent to the email entered on this page. Click Submit Order.
Once the payment processes, a receipt and confirmation pdf will be sent to the billing contact email. Please forward the confirmation pdf to the member if it is not you. The confirmation pdf will not be emailed to the member automatically.
PLEASE FORWARD THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO THE MEMBER SO THEY HAVE THE MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND CAN DOWNLOAD THE DIGITAL APPLE WALLET MEMBERSHIP CARD!
