In order to reserve member tickets or renew an existing membership, you need your member ID number.
The museum recently moved to a new membership computer database and all members were issued new ID numbers that begin with 500. This new ID number was emailed to members on Thursday, June 25 with the subject of Member-Exclusive Information for Your Next Visit.
If you need your new member ID number, please send the names of the members and the mailing address to firstname.lastname@example.org and a staff member will assist. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
